Junior Lawyer

Nationality: Any Gender: male/Female Should have experience in Banking /Financial services.Responsibilities Include: 1. To provide legal advice for all the different departments within the Company;2. To review and/or draft the contract templates for the company.3. To take part in transaction/agreement negotiation;4. To procure the Legal Compliance respecting the local laws of UAE, and which includes but without limitation to, corporate management, labor and other issues;5. To deal with and/or to manage external lawyers to deal with law suit or settlement negotiations involving the company;6. To conduct legal research or to manage external lawyers to conduct legal research in various areas of law;7. To conduct various legal training, or to arrange external lawyers to conduct legal training for executives, managers and employees, some of which are mandatory;8.
