SENIOR IMMIGRTAION CONSULTANT

EXPERIENCED IMMIGRATION CONSULTANTS - TAGALOG/ NEPALESE OR HINDI SPEAKERSResponsibilities: Work closely with the team and customers for counseling and sales.Keep up to date with new product lines.Report to the Operations Manager.Be proactive in attaining consistent sales with various nationalities and language speakers.Manage day-to-day activities, prioritize, and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures.Ensure training and development plans are maintained.Communicate effectively to clients with various programs applicable to their profile.Utilize effective convincing skills to close deals in high volume.Use company methodology, team input, and initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved.Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.Plan, coordinate, and achieve monthly targets and work for extra revenue and income.Support the Operations Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement.Support the Operations Manager to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance-oriented culture.Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relay this knowledge to every team member.Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies.Deliver the allocated part of the sales within agreed budgets, service levels, and business targets.Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management.Set clear monthly goals and KPIs.Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.Oversee day-to-day operation and performance.Conduct regular performance evaluations.Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.Utilize various methods and social media platforms to promote campaigns and activities.Develop a well-designed and motivating evaluation program.Challenge yourself and uplift your performance each month with more tactics to generate more revenue for the organization.Communicate with the team about their performance and motivate and support each other to achieve sales and revenue.Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.Plan and organize sales-building activities.Application Question(s): Why are you passionate about sales & target achievements?How many years of total immigration sales experience do you have?How will you work on your deadlines to produce maximum output and revenue?As you will be focused on sales and targets, are you a flexible person to work and achieve your goals? #J-18808-Ljbffr
