Our company is actively developing, and it is constantly adding a team of professionals.At the call, we have a vacancy for an approved Head of Sales Department (Secondary Market).Requirements: Mandatory experience of at least 3 years in a managerial position in sales / real estate agency;Knowledge of English and Russian languages (B2-C2);High level of managerial competencies;Negotiation skills of different levels of complexity;Experience in attracting corporate clients;Experienced PC user (Microsoft Office, CRM);Leadership qualities, conditionality on result, ability to unite a task for obtaining a common result, broad outlook, strategic thinking, sociability, high level of personal suitability.Qualities: Management of sales in the primary and secondary housing market;Organization of workflow in the department;Setting up and monitoring the implementation of an individual sales plan;Quality control of the work of KPI managers;Increasing the conversion of the sales funnel;Help and support of managers for all attractions;Development and implementation of measures to ensure security, increase sales and attract customers;Analysis of the market and competitive environment;Development of a strategy to attract corporate clients; #J-18808-Ljbffr
