Participate in influencing business decisions to ensure that immediate and long-term implications, opportunities, and risks are fully considered, aligning with overall business plans.Implement efficient management of financials for the allocated sector / department through necessary financial controls, systems, and processes.Maintain a robust control and governance environment in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring statutory compliance of all systems, processes, and accounting practices.Administer approved accounting practices to ensure financial statements and reports accurately reflect the status of relevant accounts and provide reliable information.Prepare and analyze financial reports for the allocated sector / department, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in accordance with financial accounting standards.Coordinate regularly with payroll, purchasing, accounts receivable, payable, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure all accounting treatments comply with IFRS and IAS standards. Prepare timely periodic and annual financial statements as per statutory regulations.Liquidity Management Implement tools and systems to support critical financial decisions and provide actionable recommendations on strategy and operations to ensure healthy cash flow for the sector.Participate in ensuring funding for investment requirements is processed and met timely.Shared Activities Perform any other duties related to the role as requested by the direct manager.Follow departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent work execution.Demonstrate compliance with organizational values and ethics to foster a value-driven culture.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices, considering global standards, productivity, and cost reduction.Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA are preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.Proficiency in English; Arabic is desirable.Skilled in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel).Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete tasks timely.Experience in business planning and program management related to finance and policy.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Museums, Historical Sites, and Zoos Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Confidential by 2x Get notified about new Finance Business Partner jobs in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates . #J-18808-Ljbffr
