The role focuses on optimizing performance and returns for both the firms trading desk and its MMLP clients, while ensuring full compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements governing trading activities.Key Responsibilities : Trading Execute Market Making or Liquidity Providing transactions on a daily basis, within the approved mandates and regulatory parameters. Aim to achieve client and company objectives related to stock liquidity and health and P&L targets. Ensure all obligations are fulfilled across both cash equities and derivatives markets, or any contractual obligations related to the liquidity provision business.Quality Management and Business KPIs Deliver consistent trading performance and maintain high-quality service standards for the MMLP business lines. Meet or exceed the KPIs set by Management. Analyze market trends and develop trading strategies to maximize returns for the company and its clients.Adherence to law Ensure all trading activities are conducted in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Regularly review and verify trading operations to confirm adherence to applicable laws, internal policies, and procedures. Ensure errors are minimized, promptly detected, controlled, and reported.Effectively communicate, establish regular interaction, and maintain formal relationships with all internal departments - including the Customer Management Team, Finance & Operations, and Branch Offices - to ensure and facilitate smooth, single-point service delivery to all Al Ramz Market Maker clients as required.Knowledge Development Stay continuously informed of market news, trends, and developments.
