The Vice President of Marketing will lead and oversee the marketing, communications, and events initiatives across the entire marketing group of divisions. The role encompasses creative, media, sponsorships & events, agencies, partnerships, and P&L management. Client Details Our client is a leading fuel and convenience provider in the UAE, operating hundreds of distribution points across the region. They are seeking a strong marketing leader to build robust teams in all aspects of marketing and lead regional initiatives. Description Creative Marketing: Design & lead the creative team in developing innovative marketing materials. Oversee the creation of visual content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high-quality output. Implement AI tools to streamline creative processes and enhance content production. Drive cost efficiency by reducing reliance on external agencies and enhancing internal capabilities. Manage the content management system to ensure high-quality, consistent content delivery. Media Department: Lead the media department responsible for all paid media across channels. Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals. Manage relationships with media agencies, suppliers, digital publishers, and partners. Implement new tools and technologies to enhance media buying, planning, and performance. Establish policies, processes, and best practices for efficient media operations. Use AI-driven analytics to track media performance and optimize strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align media campaigns with marketing objectives. Sponsorships & Consumer Events: Own the sponsorship & activation roadmap to leverage assets for value. Plan and execute all events and sponsorship activations. Develop strategies to select sponsorships and drive ROI. Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors. Agencies, Partnerships & Budget Governance: Oversee relationships with external agencies and partners. Manage the marketing budget with efficient resource allocation. Utilize AI tools for budget tracking and optimization. Evaluate and onboard new partnerships and tools. Ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
