This isa global leadership role responsible for driving client success and maximising return on investment through the adoption of innovative AI and analytics solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Pre-Sales, Applied Analytics, and Customer Success, to deliver transformative outcomes for clients. By leveraging deep domain expertise and thought leadership, the VP, Client Success will enable usto achieve customer-first futures and generate significant business value.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan aligned with the organisation’s long-term vision.Lead global client teams to deliver exceptional results in customer engagement and ROI.Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing technical vision and thought leadership in AI and analytics.Drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.Client Success & Relationship Management Build credibility with clients by delivering measurable business outcomes.Foster long-term partnerships across diverse industries, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with technical and commercial executives to align solutions with client objectives.Oversee the delivery of customer intelligence solutions that enable actionable insights.Operational Excellence Manage Client Directors and ensure alignment with organisational goals.Optimise processes by reducing complexity to enhance efficiency and productivity.Ensure compliance with ISO27001 standards and implement effective access controls over information assets.Oversee the implementation of robust controls over software tools used within the organisation.Team Development & Culture Set the vision and strategy for the Client team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Hire, mentor, and develop diverse talent to build high-performing teams.Conduct regular staff reviews to ensure accountability and professional growth.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organisation.Sales Enablement & Messaging Deliver compelling sales messaging that resonates with clients across sectors.Inspire clients by showcasing the economic impact of technology adoption.Business Expansion & M&ALead international business expansion initiatives to unlock new markets.Participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities to drive growth.Key Competencies Strategic Thinking: Ability to align client strategies with long-term organisational goals.Leadership: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.Client-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.Deep Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in AI, analytics, and customer intelligence platforms.Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.Evaluation Criteria Credibility with clients through demonstrated expertise and results.Collaborative approach, given the cross-functional nature of the role.Experience in start-up or high-growth environments.Warmth, approachability, and ability to inspire trust among clients and teams.Success in leading enterprise accounts and achieving measurable business outcomes.Preferred Qualifications &Skills Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree preferred Certifications &/or experienceas a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are advantageous.Over 10 years of experience in AI, analytics, customer relationship management, strategy development, and global team leadership.Additional Attributes The ideal candidate brings a passion for leveraging technology both for commercial and social impact.
