Sales Officer Retail

To acquire new customers for Personal loans and Credit Cards Job Responsibilities : Understand the company’s product offerings and its target customer segment Increase customer base by sourcing new deals through various avenues Manage existing customer relationships and increase cross-sell opportunity Pro-actively address customer issues and provide excellent customer service Achieve sales targets set each year by senior management Prepare visits report (customer pipeline) to be shared with Head of Retail on a regular basis Detect fraudulent cases and report them immediately to management Ensure compliance requirements are met as per UAE Central Bank Assist the collection team to ensure the collection of any overdue payments for his portfolio of customers Represent Al Ain Finance in a professional and presentable way Build Al Ain Finance brand in the market by highlighting the company’s distinctive product features and providing an exemplary customer experience Set high standards of business and work ethics Job Experience and Skills : A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or Commerce A minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably with a reputable bank or financial institution Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Sales-driven individual keen to exceed assigned sales targets Able to network effectively and build contacts #J-18808-Ljbffr
