Build full product integration plan and defining key milestones. Ensure alignment across all teams to drive successful project outcomes.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Proactively manage risks, anticipate potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.Oversee and contribute to the system-level design, including network topologies, protocols, and integration of wireless communication technologies into broader communication infrastructures.Ensure quality standards and testing protocols are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure systems are rigorously tested, validated, and meet regulatory and industry standards.Education And Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technical project management within the wireless communication industry, with a strong focus on radio/RF communication systems. Experience managing large-scale, complex projects is required.At least 5 years of HW and SW integration Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of wireless communication principles, radio communication technologies, radio access techniques Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the wireless communications industry or a closely related field (e.g., telecom, aerospace, defense) is highly preferred.Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
