Guests can relax and rejuvenate in our Infiniti pool and high-tech gymnasium.Job Description Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Outlet Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensures an exceptional guest experience, and manages a dedicated team of restaurant staff.You will be responsible for managing day-to-day restaurant operations, supporting menu planning, promoting, and maintaining high standards of professional management.You will also support in managing financial records, inventories, monitoring processes and controls, and leading promotional campaigns to drive business.Enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently is also part of your role.You will inspire, lead by example, and treat staff with respect, ensuring they deliver personalized service that exceeds guest expectations to create memorable experiences.Qualifications High school diploma with 4 years of progressive experience in food and beverage or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration.Strong leadership skills with multicultural awareness.Experience working within the Doha market as an Outlet Manager is advantageous.Additional Information Join Ibis and Adagio Aparthotel Doha and write your own story in hospitality.
