About the role We're seeking a technical warranty and claims expert from an energy background to lead high-value dispute resolutions for major energy projects. This is a hands-on multi-skilled role combining technical analysis, contract enforcement, and stakeholder negotiation.Key Responsibilities Lead warranty claims management for oil and gas equipment/projects Drive insurance recoveries for complex technical disputes Manage post-handover compliance and claims processes Negotiate with EPC contractors, insurers, and legal teams Background & Experience Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) or related technical field10 to 15 years in oil and gas warranty/insurance claims (EPC/operator side)Proven track record in high-value (multi-million) dispute resolutions Solid project management and contract law understanding Excellent negotiation and multicultural communications skills We Offer Tax-free compensation package Family relocation support Career growth in Qatar's premier energy projects
