Project Management Engineering, Construction & Commissioning Specialist Professional The opportunity We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Management Engineering, Construction & Commissioning Specialist Professional to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate project engineering activities, including preparation and review of project engineering deliverables, monitoring contractual scope, managing variations & change orders, conducting technical discussions, liaising with stakeholders, and overseeing engineering efforts for projects and tenders.How you'll make an impact Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, substation projects, and tenders. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scheduled project progress. Review equipment specifications and BOQ for supplier inquiries, assess technical offers, monitor and coordinate supplier deliverables, and resolve technical issues during FAT. Follow engineering processes, change management, risk and opportunity management during project execution and tendering. Coordinate with customers and consultants for document approvals aligned with project schedules. Support site teams during installation, testing, and commissioning, including punch point closure, and provide inputs for civil and MEP engineering, interfaces, and coordination checks with civil & MEP services. Preferably with experience in design & engineering, handling utility substation projects (11k V/33k V/132k V/220k V/400k V GIS and AIS) in a lead role, with thorough domain expertise. Knowledge of primary or secondary domains is essential, with an understanding of other domains for effective supervision. Experience in primary engineering (layouts, earthing, cabling, lightning protection, BOQ estimation, RFQ, supplier verification, FAT, MV systems) and secondary engineering (protection, relay panels, SCADA/RTU/SCMS, FMS/DFR, Telecom, control cabling, CT/VT sizing, BOQ, RFQ, FAT, MV systems). Also, experience in auxiliary systems (LV boards, transformers, batteries, UPS, security, CCTV, access control, EPABX). Coordination with civil and MEP disciplines is required, including inputs for civil & MEP engineering and interface checks. Experience in preparing BOQ, deviation lists, clarifications, and technical proposals for tenders and customer inquiries is preferred. Knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning processes is necessary. A minimum of 14 years of work experience is required, with 6-8 years in a lead role preferred.
