SR. SAFETY ANALYST

SAFETY ANALYST role at Qatar Energy Primary Purpose Of The Job Plan, organise and coordinate safety management systems and training related issues among all Departments under VB Directorate. Provide advice and arrange training requirements.Support safety activities, promote safe work practices, and develop systems to ensure Qatar Energy personnel and contractors adhere to safety rules and regulations.Troubleshoot safety problems or queries, providing advice and assistance to reduce accidents and losses. Coordinate with governmental agencies and Qatar Energy departments to ensure compliance with national safety regulations. Required Experience And Skills Post Graduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent such as NEBOSH. Accreditation to use internationally recognized Incident/Accident Analysis tools (e.g., Tripod Beta). Minimum of 10 years' experience in the safety field within the Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industry, including 5 years in Incident/Accident Investigation, Coordination, and Training. Ability to apply knowledge and expertise with innovative approaches to solve safety-related issues. Strong negotiation, analytical, data interpretation, and compilation skills. Leadership, command, and control skills. Effective presentation and investigation skills. Ability to write specifications, prepare investigation reports, and communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to work well with various personnel and teams, and be flexible in work assignments. Educational Qualifications BSc Honors Degree in science or engineering discipline.
