Dispatch Planner

Job Description Ensure that there is proper planning and coordination of the items ready for delivery Perform quality check and raise to production coordinator significant findings before initiating the delivery.Ensure adherence to delivery schedule Provide accurate instructions to the drivers.Accurately prepares the delivery note Generate and print invoices through SCMEnsure that items are delivered together with the corresponding invoice and delivery note Ensure that all delivery related documents (Delivery Note and Invoices) are attached to the Sales Order in the system Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and updates.Collaborate with warehouse and sales team to streamline the operation/delivery process.Ensure invoices are submitted to the client within a reasonable time if delivery was made without the complete documents.Ensure a well-maintained filing System for Delivery Notes, Invoices and Job order Regularly monitor pending jobs in SCMAssist production staff employees with HCM related concerns Monitor and evaluates delivery performance, investigates root causes of delays and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop data-driven solutions that would improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.Supervise and coordinate the activities of the delivery personnel (drivers and helpers) to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of items.Provide guidance and promote teamwork and accountability within the delivery team Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.Continuously seek for opportunities to improve the delivery process by optimizing delivery routes or recommend process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.Skills Completed a 2-year diploma or HND level course in business management/administration, supply chain, or relevant field.Knowledge in MS Office applications (average level)Experience in Oracle and in Printing Press environment is an advantage At least 1 year experience in a dynamic working environment Good planning and organizational skills Must possess good people skills Good communication skills both verbal and written in English Computer Literate (Average Knowledge MS Office Suite)Familiarity in Oracle is a plus
