The successful candidate will play a key role in elevating the boutique experience, reflecting the heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of the timepieces we offer.Key Responsibilities Deliver a luxurious and personalized client experience from welcome to closing the sale Confidently present and demonstrate high-end watches, highlighting their history, complications, and craftsmanship Build and maintain long-term relationships through clienteling, CRM tools, and VIP follow-ups Stay updated with the latest luxury watch collections, trends, and brand launches Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets Support daily operations including merchandising, visual presentation, and after-sales services Handle client inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring data confidentiality.Qualifications & Profile Male, preferably Lebanese nationality Fluent in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus Strong background or genuine passion for branded/luxury watches Proven sales experience in luxury retail (jewelry, watches, fashion, etc.)Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and provide exceptional service Well-groomed, elegant, and composed under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Skills Desired Skills Excellent storytelling ability to convey the legacy and prestige of luxury watch brands Confident use of CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales history Keen visual sense for product placement and boutique aesthetics High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, especially in luxury hospitality settings Strong negotiation and upselling techniques while maintaining brand integrity Time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced retail environment A natural passion for horology and the finer details of luxury craftsmanship
