Account Manager (Influencer Campaigns & Match for Hope) Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The role This job is located in Doha, Qatar We are open to considering either a full-time or contract-based arrangement, depending on the candidate We are seeking someone with a keen interest and experience in influencer marketing and communications, from planning through to execution, ensuring all outputs meet the highest standard.Based in Qatar, your primary project will be to provide advisory and execution support for one of the Middle East's most exciting influencer events, Match for Hope, which brings together many of the world's biggest content creators to Qatar for a festival of sport.We need someone who is well-organised with a proactive, get-up-and-go attitude who is up for tackling all the opportunities and challenges of such a project, solving problems head-on while delivering top-quality work to tight deadlines.You must be enthusiastic about the world of influencers and content creators, the latest technology and social media trends, and creating meaningful campaigns and events to entertain global audiences.Direct client-facing role, advising on influencer marketing work for a high-profile government entity Leading influencer discovery, preparation of biographies and briefing documents Structuring timelines to manage and support the delivery of high-level projects Itinerary development & advisory on creator management Constant content creator ideas generation Influencer marketing leadership & advisory Presentation and proposal decks preparation Leadership and use of advanced creator marketing tools Social media content planning and development Essential role in maintaining our company culture and developing our people, including junior staff.Skills4+ years of experience in an influencer marketing, communications or consultancy background Keen interest in the creator space, the latest trends and best practices in leveraging influencers as one of the most effective tools of communication.Strong capability across Power Point, Microsoft Office, and PDF templates for presentations and documents.Experience managing, supporting, and advising high-level clients.Degree/diploma in a relevant field.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Time management, meeting agreed deadlines and being accountable and responsible for work.Must be able to work flexible hours when needed.Comfortable with complex assignments and collaborating within a diverse team.Project management and resource organization experience.Desirable but not essential Keen interest or experience in the Middle East, Qatar and foreign affairs.Advanced knowledge of sports creators, especially football/soccer, and basketball Arabic speaker / second language.Social media marketing expertise Company benefits If moving from outside Qatar: Full sponsorship, moving set-up and support and one-month free accommodation.Flexible remote work-from-anywhere allowance (4+ weeks per year)22 days holiday + approx. 11 local / international bank holidays Regular company socials Laptop / work i Phone provided Office in vibrant creative space in the heart of downtown Doha: About Harvine Harvine is a specialist communications and digital marketing agency headquartered in Qatar.
