Engineering Specialist Project : COMP3About us : Saipem is a global leader in engineering services for the design, construction, and operation of complex infrastructures and plants in the energy sector, both offshore and onshore.With our five business lines - Asset Based Services, Energy Carriers, Offshore Wind, Sustainable Infrastructures, Robotics & Industrialized Solutions - we are One Company present in around 60 countries with over 30,000 employees from more than 130 nationalities, providing innovative solutions and excellence for over 65 years.Job Mission : Execute technical tasks assigned by the lead maintenance engineer.Perform work to meet contractual technical requirements and project schedules.Support the lead maintenance engineer in liaising with client representatives.Coordinate with project design teams, engineering service providers, and vendors.Job Responsibilities : Support the Lead Maintenance Engineer in reviewing project technical documentation for contractual compliance.Ensure safety considerations are integrated into all procedures and documents.Assist in preparing the maintenance engineering execution plan.Gather and process maintenance-related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build a comprehensive plant asset register, including all maintainable equipment.Organize the plant asset database hierarchically by physical asset or functional location for CMMS implementation.Plan maintenance strategies, procedures, and tasks based on OEM data, reliability-centered maintenance analysis, and risk-based inspection programs.Develop maintenance and inspection programs based on equipment criticality.Collect project data and maintainability figures to perform risk and reliability analyses such as RBI and RCM.Support plant design and layout to ensure accessibility and maintainability requirements are met.Develop maintenance and inspection plans as part of an EPC project, with guidance from the Lead Maintenance Engineer.Ensure accurate accounting of work quantities, including man-hours and material management.To Apply : If you are prepared to take on this challenging role and contribute to Saipem's project success, please submit your CV by clicking the link below.
