Job Overview Ensure business growth opportunities are identified and followed up with strategic initiatives related to Corporates. Your role involves managing the planning, execution, and success of project alliances. This includes conducting market research to identify new opportunities and engaging with executives to develop strategies for pursuing those opportunities. You will analyze customer base and current strategies to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall success of projects. You should explore synergies and achievements possible at the corporate level through cross-unit activity and new business development. What You Will Be Doing Pick, pack, and process customer orders received via the Shopper App or Order Manager dashboard. Review orders against available products and contact customers if needed to suggest alternatives. Manage goods receiving, replenishment, stock updates, and expiry checks. Assist in product cycle counts. Support stock inventory management and procurement activities. Set priorities that reflect the importance of responsibilities. Maintain awareness of quality and service benchmarks to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate with support teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations. Attitude matters most, but do you have any of these? High school diploma; a certificate or diploma in Retail or Business Management is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a supermarket environment. Strong organizational skills to support team activities. Understanding of supermarket operations, stock management, and merchandising. Experience with POS systems for transactions and reporting. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
