The ideal candidate will have experience in training coordination, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for leveraging VR technology to enhance military training and operational readiness.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage VR training programs for defense personnel, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.Develop training schedules, materials, and resources tailored to the unique needs of military training.Collaborate with VR developers and military subject matter experts to design effective training modules.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of VR training programs, making improvements as needed to meet defense standards.Provide support and guidance to trainees, addressing any issues or concerns related to VR training.Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.Stay updated with the latest VR training technologies and methodologies relevant to the defense sector.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.Experience in training coordination or a similar role, preferably within the defense sector.Familiarity with VR technology and its application in military training.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including military personnel and technical experts.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Basic understanding of VR hardware and software.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.Knowledge of defense-specific training tools and technologies.Preferred Skills: JD 3 - VR Training Coordinator Experience in developing training materials and resources for military applications.Knowledge of instructional design principles tailored to defense training.Ability to adapt to new technologies and training methods.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Understanding of military protocols and procedures.Disclaimer: is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
