Paddle Sports Instructor

Padel Coach We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Padel Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in padel, excellent coaching skills, and a desire to help players of all skill levels improve their game.Main Responsibilities: Conduct group and individual coaching sessions for players of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced.Develop personalized training programs that cater to the needs and goals of each player.Provide constructive feedback and advice on technique, strategy, and fitness to help players improve.Tournament and Event Management: Assist in organizing and running padel tournaments, clinics, and social events.Participate in promotional activities aimed at growing the padel community.Player Development: Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback to ensure continued development.Encourage and motivate players, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.Safety and Equipment: Ensure all players are following safety guidelines and using proper techniques to avoid injuries.Conduct warm-up and cool-down exercises to prevent injuries.Facility Maintenance: Maintain the quality and condition of equipment and facilities, reporting any issues or damages to management.Ensure that training areas are kept clean and organized.Requirements: Proven experience as a padel coach or player at a competitive level.National or international coaching certifications in padel (preferred).Excellent understanding of padel rules, techniques, and strategies.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with players of all ages and skill levels.Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching and growing the sport.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Preferred Qualifications: Experience coaching in other racquet sports such as tennis or squash.CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).Multilingual skills, especially in Arabic and English, are an advantage.
