Financial Communication Specialist This role is responsible for managing and executing financial and regulatory communications activities to ensure all reporting obligations are fulfilled.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and regulatory communication principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Maintaining a calendar of financial and regulatory communications obligations is crucial in this role. The selected candidate will need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Key responsibilities include drafting materials to support financial and regulatory communication obligations, working with various stakeholders to align and secure approval of draft materials, and managing the release of approved materials to external stakeholders.The Financial Communication Specialist will also work closely with the Investor Relations team to manage quarterly and annual earning calls and answer questions from the media.Additional responsibilities include identifying ongoing reputation risks and opportunities, escalating where necessary, and supporting senior leaders ahead of external engagements.Accountabilities Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree
