Civil Quantity Surveyor - Construction Estimator

**Job Title: ** Civil Quantity Surveyor - Construction Estimator Our organization is seeking a seasoned Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Key responsibilities include: Preparing quantity take-offs for construction projects Maintaining the master quantity record and updating it with revised drawings Preparing RFQ documents and evaluating commercial bids Creating preambles, schedules of rates, bills of quantities, and estimations Reviewing and certifying subcontractor payment applications according to subcontract terms Collaborating with the project team to resolve subcontractor disputes, claims, and performance issues The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience, and proficiency in English.
