Operations Manager We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our self-storage facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-volume operations, leading multicultural teams, and driving revenue growth.Responsibilities: Facility Management: Oversee the full operational management of our facilities, ensuring optimal occupancy and maximizing revenue.Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives to fill vacant units and replace outgoing clients with new tenants.Operational Efficiency: Analyze and optimize staffing costs, pricing strategies, and other operational levers to enhance efficiency.Client Communication: Manage critical communications with clients and counterparties on key operational and contractual matters.Contract Administration: Oversee contract administration, invoicing, and payments using CRM systems, financial software, and online banking platforms.Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders in accordance with established formats and deadlines.
