The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Research & Market Analysis Assist the Research and Product Development team in conducting targeted market studies to evaluate opportunities that inform product development, pricing strategy, and repositioning initiatives for BTL assets.Conduct pricing analysis, competitive benchmarking, and assessments of DHAM's BTL offerings to support differentiation and continuous improvement.Monitor real estate supply-demand dynamics, pricing movements, and sector trends. Support the preparation of regular market intelligence reports covering Dubai's residential, retail, and commercial sectors.Collect market and customer insight data from multiple sources.Perform competitor and location benchmarking across residential, retail, and commercial asset classes, with emphasis on leasing trends and identifying product gaps.Gather feedback from internal teams and external partners to strengthen data quality and support the continuous enhancement of the Research and Product Development function.Maintain and support analytical tools, dashboards, platforms, and methodologies used by the research and pricing teams.Serve as custodian for departmental documentation. Manage filing systems, RFQs, IT requests, email correspondence, and other administrative duties.Compliance & Governance Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to local pricing regulations, internal governance frameworks, and documentation standards.About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business (with a specialization in areas such as Finance, Economics, Real Estate), or a related field from a reputable university0–3 years of experience in real estate research, strategy, consulting, investment analysis, planning or a related analytical role.Proficiency in Excel and Power Point Familiarity with government data sources (e.g., DLD, RERA).About the Benefits: At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
