Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist for our prestigious fitness client. This role involves creating a fantastic first impression, handling day-to-day front desk duties, and ensuring seamless coordination between members and gym operations.This individual will provide exceptional customer service, manage check-ins, bookings, and CRM data entries efficiently, and support trainers and management with daily operations.About the Role: Welcome and assist all visitors and members professionally.Handle inquiries, service requests, and customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach.Requirements: Key Qualifications: 1+ year experience in customer service or front desk role (fitness/hospitality preferred) with excellent communication skills.Presentation and professionalism are key to this role, including a basic knowledge or interest in the fitness industry.Familiarity with CRM or gym software is advantageous.Responsibilities: Manage check-ins, bookings, and CRM data entries efficiently.Support trainers and management with daily operations.Provide accurate information about services, classes, and membership packages to members.Assist in product sales and payment handling.
