Are you excited by the opportunity to grow your skills in a live cooking, open kitchen environment where your performance is part of the guest experience? As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the chef in charge in managing your section's daily operations — from mise en place to real-time service at live stations. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, a willingness to take initiative, and the ability to work seamlessly within a high-performing team. You will actively participate in preparation and cooking during service hours, while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.About You The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commis or be currently working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end international hotel or restaurant. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work seamlessly in a multicultural environment. In addition to culinary expertise, the ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of HACCP, a strong understanding of general health and safety practices in the workplace.
