They will also configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including workflows, forms, entities, and views, to meet the needs of the organization.Technical Requirements: Essential skills and qualifications include experience with Microsoft Dynamic CRM, translation of business requirements into CRM solutions, automation of business processes, interpretation of data, configuration and customization of CRM systems, and management of data integrity through migration strategies, cleansing, and validation.
