Reservations Agent

We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests Manage incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities Provide comprehensive information about our property, facilities, and accommodate special requests Ensure accurate processing of reservations, including correct recording of all guest details and preferences Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns Maintain current knowledge of promotions, rates, and availability to provide precise information Demonstrate thorough understanding of the property's policies, procedures, and services Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service Qualifications Your Skills & Qualifications : Minimum 1 year Front Office, Reservations or Sales experience required.Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command of the English language.Must be flexible with shift start / end times and available to work both weekdays and weekends, depending on operational needs.Property Manager (Opera), and Microsoft Office applications experience an asset Additional Information Diversity&Inclusionfor Accor means welcoming each and everyoneandrespecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities andskills in extending employment and development opportunities.
