Senior Internal Auditor Job Opportunity This role presents a unique chance to join our organization as a Senior Internal Auditor. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing various audit activities across different departments.We are looking for an exceptional candidate who possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of internal auditing principles.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying areas for improvement, developing effective solutions, and implementing process enhancements.In this role, you will work closely with department heads to identify risks, develop audit plans, and conduct thorough evaluations of processes and controls.As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, identifying areas for cost savings, and providing recommendations for business process improvements.You will also be responsible for supervising junior auditors, mentoring them to ensure they develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.Requirements: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized institution Internationally recognized accounting/auditing qualifications, such as CA, CIA, CFE, CPA, ACCA, CISA, CMAMinimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in internal auditing, including: Familiarity with IPPF standards and proficiency in applying internal control concepts Well-versed in risk management best practices Ability to identify technical accounting issues in Financial Reporting under IFRSExperience in using data analytics tools, such as ACL or Click View Working knowledge of Power BI development Essential Skills: Strong communication skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities Problem-solving skills, with ability to assess root causes and provide creative solutions Detail-oriented, with strong attention to detail Exceptional critical thinking skills, with ability to identify gaps in logic and underlying causes of issues Collaborative mindset, with ability to work independently and effectively with dynamic teams Results-oriented, with proactive approach to handling competing priorities and meeting deadlines Confidentiality, with ability to protect company data at all times Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Power BIFluent in English, with additional languages a bonus, particularly Arabic
