Ride Team Supervisor

Job Role: Ride Team Supervisor About the Job: This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be responsible for supervising a team of ride technicians, ensuring that all rides and attractions are safe, reliable, and available for daily park operations.You will be responsible for managing front-line colleagues on a daily basis, including work allocation, work levels, review, training, coaching, and performance management.Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority, tools/equipment, consumables, spare parts availability, and individual skills/competencies.Participate in various aspects of Technical Services Department Management to support safe and efficient park operation.Oversee colleagues to ensure assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently according to park procedures, rides manufacturer's manuals, and preventive maintenance program.Prepare work instructions providing direction to the Rides and Attractions Maintenance team for corrective maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance.Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo to improve processes and procedures.Encourage colleagues to share ideas improving the work environment.Coordinate with other departments on required support.Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the workload of ride technicians to ensure efficient completion of tasks.Develop and implement strategies to improve ride safety, reliability, and availability.Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any operational issues.Maintain accurate records and reports on ride maintenance and repair activities.What You Will Need: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.At least 3 years of experience in ride maintenance and repair.Strong knowledge of ride systems and components.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
