Description: We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead and drive the growth of our aluminum product management division. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aluminum industry, combined with exceptional leadership and business acumen.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the aluminum division aligned with company objectives.Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product innovations in aluminum packaging.Lead business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.Product Development & Sales Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.Operations & Supply Chain Management Oversee production planning, quality control, and supply chain logistics for aluminum components.Ensure timely delivery of products meeting quality standards.Implement cost optimization initiatives.Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across sales, operations, and supply chain.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.Financial Management Manage P&L for the aluminum division.Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, with at least 5 years in the aluminum or packaging industry.Proven track record of driving business growth and managing cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of aluminum materials and manufacturing processes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
