Foreman – Scaffolder

Specialism Project Management / Operations / Strategy The Foreman – Scaffolder (Sphere) supervises the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures specifically designed for spherical tanks and pressure vessels. They plan and coordinate daily scaffolding activities, ensuring that all work complies with engineering drawings, project requirements, and strict safety standards. The foreman manages the scaffolding crew, monitors progress, enforces safety protocols, and ensures proper use and maintenance of scaffolding equipment to create a secure working environment. In addition to overseeing onsite scaffolding operations, the foreman acts as the primary communication link between scaffolders, engineers, safety officers, and project management. They review scaffold designs and load calculations, address technical and safety concerns, and support inspections and quality assurance processes.
