As the Head of Radio Operations, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive plans to expand listenership and revenue Oversee daily operations, including programming and staff management Conceive engaging content for on-air and online platforms Guide marketing efforts to promote the station and its programs Hire, train, and manage a team of skilled radio professionals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in radio management or similar role Proven leadership skills with experience in team management Excellent communication skills in English Ability to think creatively and adapt to industry trends
