Arabic and Islamic Education Leader

Job Title: Educational Leadership Position About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee the provision of Arabic and Islamic education across a cluster of schools. The successful candidate will develop, implement, and evaluate action plans to improve students' performance and experience in the Arabic and Islamic classroom.Key Responsibilities: Drive Improvement: Drive improvements in teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum planning in line with best practices.Action Plan Implementation: Develop, support, and monitor the implementation of action plans at the levels of the cluster as well as individual schools.Professional Development: Design and deliver professional development opportunities to enhance teaching and learning practices and coach and monitor the implementation of introduced strategies and approaches.Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments in the school to ensure that the approaches adopted in the Arabic and Islamic departments align with best practices in other school departments wherever possible.Assessment and Data Use: Ensure that schools implement robust assessment approaches and make effective use of data in Arabic and Islamic.Documentation and Evidence: Ensure that the team implements effective documentation and evidencing processes.Performance Evaluations: Support school leadership in conducting performance evaluations for teachers and heads of departments.Inspection Preparation: Support school leadership in the preparation for inspections (SEF writing,
