Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineering Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of technical projects from inception to completion.You will oversee the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Your expertise in managing resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, will be crucial in optimizing project delivery.As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting their growth and development in their careers. You will also be responsible for ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations across all project phases.In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
