Warranty Claims Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to manage the entire warranty claims process. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between our organization and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Key Responsibilities: Oversight of the end-to-end warranty claims process Reconciliation of financial claims with manufacturer payments Management of rejected claims through manual appeal processes Analysis of warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Requirements: 5–7 years of experience as a Warranty Manager (minimum 3–5 years required), ideally in the automotive sector Diploma or University Degree preferred Understanding of manufacturer warranty procedures and policies Experience with warranty management software and systems Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills This role requires an individual who is proactive about process improvement, values accuracy and compliance, and can navigate complex processes with clarity.About Us We are a leading diversified business group with operations spanning multiple industry sectors.
