We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor with hands-on experience in Generators or Marine engines to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our customers and the workshop, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.What You Will Do Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding and addressing their service needs.Prepare service quotations, obtain approvals, and ensure timely job completion.Coordinate with technicians and spare parts teams to meet cost and time estimates.Upsell value-added services, preventive maintenance, and service contracts.Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ISO and company standards.Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure prompt job closures.Required Skills to Be Successful Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in Generators or Marine engines Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, driveline, electrical systems, and spare parts.Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, ARIBA, CRM / DBM.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer-handling skills.Ability to upsell services and manage customer expectations effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.About the Team You’ll be part of a high-performing service team based in Dubai, DIP-2, working closely with technicians, parts specialists, and service managers. Our team thrives on collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to customer satisfaction.What Equips You for the Role Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering.Proven track record in a dealership or distributor service environment.Deep understanding of service processes, warranty policies, and maintenance planning.A proactive, customer-centric mindset with the ability to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
