Pilates Instructor Job Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Pilates instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and delivering high-quality sessions, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead private and group Pilates sessions with professionalism and enthusiasm Evaluate client posture, ability, and goals to tailor session plans Build strong client relationships and support them in achieving their fitness goals Maintain accurate attendance and progress records Uphold the studio's equipment standards and cleanliness Collaborate with the studio team to ensure seamless operations Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a culture of learning and growth Actively promote the studio's services and values Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1,000 hours of Pilates teaching experience Certification in Mat, Reformer, and Cadillac/Chair/Barrel (CCB) under a modern Pilates method Fluent English language skills; Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus Skilled in handling clients with varying physical needs and goals Effective communicator with empathy and professionalism Degree in any field (Physiotherapy preferred)What We Offer: We offer a competitive monthly salary, subsidized continuing education and certification support, and career growth opportunities including Master Trainer or Studio Management.
