Specialized Root Canal Therapist

About the Role A highly specialized dental professional is sought to join our team in a key clinical position.Key Responsibilities Treating complex dental cases: Perform root canal treatments to remove infected or inflamed pulp, conduct re-treatment of previously failed root canal therapies and address dental trauma including fractures and dislodged teeth.Advanced surgical procedures: Carry out complex endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomy (removal of the tip of the tooth's root) using advanced technologies like digital imaging and operating microscopes.Patient evaluation and diagnosis: Evaluate patients through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging (e.g. X-rays CBCT scans) to determine the condition of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.Treatment planning and implementation: Develop and implement effective treatment plans to save natural teeth and alleviate pain.Qualifications and Requirements Degree and experience: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or equivalent dental degree from an accredited institution, post-graduate training or specialization in Endodontics and 3-7 years of experience as an Endodontist preferably in a clinical setting or hospital.Skills and expertise: Expertise in modern endodontic techniques and equipment, excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with precision under a microscope.Benefits and Opportunities Competitive compensation and benefits package: A comprehensive salary and benefits package including health insurance housing allowance and potential relocation assistance.Ongoing professional development: Professional development opportunities and continuing education support.About Us We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting the highest standards of dentistry.
