The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field, along with relevant experience in a laboratory environment. They should demonstrate a strong affinity for fragrances and excellent analytical skills. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment is also essential."
