Job Title: Caregiver and Nurse Nurse Practitioner and Care Coordinator Home Health Care Specialist About the Role: This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Nurse in Home Care. The nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, managing patient care, and handling wound care on a day-to-day basis.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes Administer medications as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatments Requirements: Nursing skills and knowledge of medical procedures DOH certification or equivalent Experience in home care and patient care Proficiency in wound care Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
