About the Role This position is accountable for delivering exceptional customer service through provision of telephone support to existing and potential clients.Key Responsibilities Receive incoming calls from customers, prospects, and non-customers while maintaining established standards for call volume, response time, and quality.Provide high-quality customer service by answering customer inquiries efficiently and politely with accurate and complete information and redirecting them as necessary.Identify customer concerns and offer suitable solutions.Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on changes and developments to products, services, and processes.Participate in outbound calling programs and other initiatives as required.Perform customer transactions accurately and efficiently.Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience within the airlines or travel industry.Bilingual fluency in English (B2 Level+) and Arabic or Hindi.Must be a graduate.Competent use of computer systems, with strong MS Excel formula skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Cheerful personality, with a positive attitude.Empathetic, patient, and courteous approach.Pleasant telephone etiquette and a love for interacting with customers over the phone.Presentable with a proactive and professional demeanor.Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.Results-driven, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable individual seeking to learn and grow.Availability to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, with rotational shifts, as per department requirements.Benefits Equal opportunities employer.Nondiscrimination policy: race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other legally protected characteristic.Other Information Location: Dubai - Property #515, Dubai Commer City.Language Requirements: English.Employment Type: Full-time.
