Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Professional to oversee and manage processes related to quality assurance, accreditation, and compliance within our facilities.This role requires a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of accreditation and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret and operationalize requirements, provide guidance and support to staff at all levels, and ensure ongoing compliance with standards set by accrediting bodies.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and other documents to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Key Responsibilities Oversee the accreditation process, including mock surveys and continuous readiness rounds, to ensure ongoing compliance with standards set by accrediting bodies.Develop and implement policies, procedures, and other documents to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Lead, coordinate, and conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to regulatory and accrediting body requirements.Collaborate with various departments to ensure that best practices are followed and all regulatory and accreditation requirements are met.Liaise with external auditors/surveyors and regulatory agencies, representing the organization in compliance-related matters.Stay informed about changes in healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, interpret their impact on our facilities, and implement necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance.Qualification Requirements To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Information Management, Science, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.A Master's degree in Healthcare Studies or a related field is preferred.Experience Requirements The ideal candidate will have: 5 years' experience in the healthcare quality field, with activities relevant to the role.2 years' progressive experience in quality assurance or facilitating interdisciplinary improvement teams in a healthcare setting, or other relevant experience.Why Join Us?We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
