We’re now looking for a Regional Operations Lead – Client Success to drive daily field execution for a major client in the healthcare sector. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the crossroads of medical field operations, client service, and marketing execution. Your Mission: Orchestrate Excellence in the Field You’ll be the operational backbone of a key client account, ensuring their strategy is flawlessly translated into action across the GCC. Your work will cover everything from field rep performance to event activations — always with a focus on execution quality, brand alignment, and client satisfaction. What you’ll be responsible for: Drive Medical Field Operations: Coordinate and oversee medical detailing activities in key GCC markets. Assign territories, plan field schedules, deploy samples and POS materials, and ensure teams are aligned with scientific content and messaging. Be the Client’s Go-To Partner: Act as the primary operational contact, turning briefs into actionable plans. Maintain regular contact with the client, report on progress, and build a relationship based on trust, responsiveness, and results. Elevate Performance Through Insights: Consolidate weekly and monthly field reports, track KPIs, monitor competitor activity, and translate insights into action. Provide Tangelo and the client with a clear, data-backed view of performance on the ground. Coach, Train, and Empower Team Members: Support onboarding and training of field reps, provide coaching during visits, and ensure everyone is aligned with brand messaging and medical standards. Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements as needed. Bring Events to Life: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, sampling drives, and brand activations. Coordinate logistics, manage field rep participation, and ensure smooth delivery on site. Grow With Us: As Tangelo expands, so will your role. You’ll bring: Bilingual fluency in English & Arabic (required) Experience in medical field marketing, healthcare operations, or event execution Strong organizational, reporting, and communication skills Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the GCC A team-first attitude with autonomy and attention to detail What’s in It for You?
