Senior Electrical Engineer - Construction Lead

Electrical engineers with a strong background in construction management are sought to lead projects and support bids in Abu Dhabi.Job Overview We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to manage electrical construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.Closely monitor the execution of daily electrical construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards and schedule.Close coordination with multidisciplinary teams and interfaces.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 10-15 years minimum experience in Oil & Gas, and knowledge of industry-specific software such as Auto CAD, Navisworks, and other computer-aided design tools.Responsibilities Safety Management: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10-15 years Oil & Gas experience.Good verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and coordination, analytic and pro-active approach competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries.Knowledge of industry-specific software.
