Job Title: Avionics Training Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Training Specialist to deliver high-quality training programs for approved modules and sub-modules. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of avionics professionals.Job Description: The Role: As an Avionics Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering theoretical, practical, and online training sessions for students. Your expertise in avionics engineering and your ability to communicate complex concepts effectively will make you an asset to our team.Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training materials (PPTs, lesson plans) that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with Part-66 regulations.Record and update student attendance and performance using software.Maintain discipline in both in-person and online sessions.Support and assess students during practical tasks.Arrange and participate in examinations.Stay current with relevant regulations through self-study and required update training.Requirements: Qualifications: Licensed Aircraft engineer with an active AML Part 66 B2 License.Part-147 practical trainer/assessor & instructor experience.Minimum 5 years in aviation maintenance.Diploma in professional training is an advantage.Excellent knowledge of English.Excellent communication skills.Good team player.,
