Talent Acquisition Lead A leading transport sector organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join their growing Human Resources team.About the Role: This is a critical hire for a fast-paced and evolving business, where the successful candidate will take ownership of recruitment strategy and delivery across various corporate functions.Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for mid to senior-level roles.Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent locally and internationally.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build role briefs, and advise on market trends.Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence across target markets.Maintain recruitment analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making.The ideal candidate will have a background in agency recruitment, at least 8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, and be willing to relocate or already based in Abu Dhabi.Requirements: Minimum 8 years of recruitment and TA experience.Background in agency recruitment.Willingness to relocate or already based in Abu Dhabi.Working Conditions: Full-time employment.5 days in the office per week.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing by 2x.
