Optimize Product Assortment and Drive Sales The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, preferably covering both outlet and e Commerce channels. A strong background in Buying, inventory planning, and financial performance tracking is essential.Key Responsibilities: Define seasonal product ranges and buy plans tailored for outlet and marketplace channels.Determine weeks in store (WIS), forecast final buy quantities, and manage option count to maximize product performance and customer relevance.Maintain the range plan in-season and throughout the order process.Requirements: Experience with MS Office/Excel skills.Strong analytical skills.Excellent knowledge of all relevant Merchandising KPIs.Strong communication skills.Understanding of Merchandise Planning & Buying cycles.Commercial mindset.Organized and detail-oriented individual.About Us: We are a leading international sporting goods company that values diversity and equality.
