Regional Sales Manager - Additives is a key role responsible for managing sales teams and processes to deliver direct accounts in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will lead regional strategies to achieve sales goals and budgets.Deliver sales, gross margin, and customer contribution for the sales territory Develop value-adding strategies to maximize benefits for JMBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders to create long-term partnerships Provide technical and product advice to customers regarding FCC technology and additives Continuously seek opportunities to introduce new products and services to refiners' operations and process teams Coordinate with Additives Technical Service to ensure superior product performance for customers Share customer and market insights with Catalyst Technologies teams to improve understanding of market requirements Key Responsibilities: Degree in a scientific or business field, or significant relevant experience Background in Petrochemicals and FCC Operations with knowledge of refinery processes Proven sales and technical sales experience, including complex negotiations Detailed understanding of technical product features of the Additives portfolio Benefits: Competitive compensation package Excellent pension contributions25 days annual leave At Johnson Matthey: We value diversity and inclusivity We offer flexible working arrangements Johnson Matthey is committed to ensuring that everyone can bring their full self to work and thrive in their career.
