Job Title: Sales Representative We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in promoting and selling spare parts products.Main Scope of Work: The successful candidate will be responsible for serving customers by maintaining existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the Abu Dhabi region through proactive communication, order processing, and after-sales coordination.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and ERP systems is a must.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and ERP systems Familiar with the UAE local market Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work in a high-paced, multitasking environment Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries and send quotations on time Follow up with customers to convert quotations into orders Maintain and grow relationships with potential and existing clients Process enquiries from quotation to delivery, ensuring smooth order flow Negotiate and finalize orders in alignment with company policies Prepare project-based spare parts lists with coordination from the Sales team Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial, Dispatch, Finance) for order execution Manage documentation for export sales Monitor and analyze spare parts movement to ensure efficient supply Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance for credit facilities Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing and customer needs Register as a vendor in new companies Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning Recommend improvements to products and services based on market insights Maintain a professional environment in the showroom Benefits This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.Others Applicants should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills.
